Deliveries are attempted during business hours. In the event that no one is available to receive the package, it will be sent to the nearest SingPost Post Office for your collection.
The estimated delivery time are based on orders received before 5pm on business days. Orders received after 5pm will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery periods are indicative and are therefore not regarded as strict deadlines. The mere fact that a delivery period is exceeded does not entitle you to compensation
For international orders, please email email@example.com to ask for shipping charges. Do let us know which are the products you are interested in and we will revert as soon as possible. We will ship by Speedpost Air Parcel Services.
ReturnsIf you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to our warehouse for a full refund.
With BoxInBlue.com's 14-day return policy, there is no catch or any exceptions. All we ask is that you send the items back to us in the original packaging, and make sure that the merchandise is in the same condition.
For all returns, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with Email Subject: "Item Return Request, Order#XXXX". We will then send you the instructions on how you can go about the return.
- Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.
- Once your return is received and inspected by the fulfillment centers (usually within 72 hours of receipt),your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
- Refund will be on the cost of the product only, shipping and delivery charges to/from our warehouses will not be refunded.
